Terms & Conditions: ¹ Priority appointments for Elevated Members will be based on the type of service and level of urgency, as well as the order of requests. We will always take care of any client emergencies and highly urgent issues as our top priority, regardless of membership status. In all reasonable situations, we will give maintenance, repair, and installation scheduling priority to our Elevated Members. ² Every year, our Elevated Members will receive a $50 gift card that can be used towards the cost of new HVAC equipment. Members may save and combine up to ten vouchers for a max of $500 towards the cost of HVAC installation as long as they remain a member continually through that period of time. ³ Every year, our Elevated Members will receive a $25 gift card that can be used towards the cost of any HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical service with us (other than equipment installation). Members may use a max of two gift cards together for up to $50 in savings. Payment Method: To join, set up your automatic renewal payment method. Cancel anytime. Equipment installations are not eligible for the 15% discount. Warranty Note: Some repairs may not be eligible for a warranty (e.g., drain clogs, refrigerant fills on leaking systems). We’ll inform you of any non-warranty repairs at the time of service. ⁴ Water heater flush only applies to tank water heaters. Tankless water heater flushes are available for an additional fee.
