As being a retired electrical contractor since 1980 and real estate investor, I was impressed, they gave me next day service, called me when in route, called me when completed, and billing was more than fair, unlike those companies that do flat rates.
From the office personnel to the installation. The office staff were courteous and professional, Josh, the salesman, was here the next day and gave me a quote right away that was very fair and, I think, quite competitive. Joe and Reuben, the installers, came two days later to do the installation. They were very knowledgeable, courteous and professional and did a fantastic job. They represented your company extremely well. I love the Bryant package unit, recommended by Josh, it’s attractive, efficient and quiet.
