Justin Carrol, a dynamic entrepreneur and visionary leader, was born in Peoria, Illinois, in 1980. After spending much of his life in the suburbs of Chicago, he now calls Naples, Florida, home. Justin’s journey exemplifies his unwavering entrepreneurial spirit, dedication to personal and professional growth, and his mission to elevate lives.

Justin’s exceptional mechanical aptitude and strong desire to serve became apparent early in life, leading him into the HVAC and plumbing industry in 1999. He quickly earned a reputation for excellence, providing essential services that enhanced his clients’ comfort and quality of life.

In 2006, Justin founded Perfect Home Services, an HVAC and plumbing company serving Chicago, its suburbs, and Northwest Indiana. Over the years, the company grew to become one of Chicagoland’s largest home service providers. Under Justin’s leadership, Perfect Home Services employed over 250 dedicated team members and established itself as both a top workplace and a provider of exceptional client care. This remarkable success was fueled by Justin’s dedication to his personal faith and a leadership style deeply committed to the company’s mission, values, guiding principles, and processes.

In November 2021, Justin partnered with private equity investors to scale Perfect Home Services into a new entity, People First (P1) Service Group, which he co-founded. As president of this organization, Justin spearheaded growth and operational excellence, expanding the company’s reach through strategic acquisitions across multiple states, spanning from the West to the East Coast. Under his leadership, P1 Service Group became a trusted name in the home services industry.

In March 2023, Justin made the bold decision to step away from his role at P1 Service Group to pursue greater autonomy in fulfilling his mission. He founded Elevating Lives, a management company headquartered in Naples, Florida, that invests in and provides visionary leadership to businesses in the home services sector.

In November 2023, Elevating Lives launched its first venture, Elevate Home Services, in Fort Myers, Florida. As the fastest-growing HVAC company in Southwest Florida, Elevate Home Services has distinguished itself by prioritizing the well-being of its team members above all else. Under Justin’s leadership, the company has delivered exceptional client service while fostering a workplace culture that inspires growth, collaboration, and purpose.
